To be admitted to the master's degree course in Psychology of well-being and performance, students must hold a degree or a three-year university diploma, or another qualification obtained abroad and recognized as suitable. The course is free to access. The number of incoming students will be defined annually on the proposal of the Master's Degree Course Council, taking into account the available training resources. If applications exceed the programmed number, a selection by qualifications will be made and a ranking will be drawn up according to specific criteria indicated in the Call for admission. Furthermore, for admission to the CdS, candidates must possess specific curricular requirements and adequate preparation and be placed in a useful position in the merit ranking.

The service consists in giving support to students in the search for foreign universities in which to carry out traineeship periods.

What to do afterwards, jobs perspectives​

Graduates in Psychology of well-being and performance will be able to enroll in the professional register A of Psychologists, after passing the practical-evaluative test, and practice the profession in the various areas of psychology of well-being and performance using approaches, methods and techniques specific to the profession. More specifically, graduates will be able to plan and implement interventions for the prevention and promotion of psychological well-being in the different domains of daily, social and professional life, covering the entire life span of the person, in various public and private institutional contexts.
It will monitor its work by carrying out evaluations of the outcomes of the interventions in terms of quality and effectiveness. Furthermore, graduates will carry out multidimensional context assessments, with particular reference to subjective well-being.
 


Entry Requirements

​To be admitted to the master's degree course in Psychology of well-being and performance, students must hold a degree or a three-year university diploma, or another qualification obtained abroad and recognized as suitable.

For students from foreign universities, a solid basic preparation is required in all areas of psychology: the psychophysiological processes underlying behavior, general psychology, social psychology, developmental psychology, clinical psychology, the dynamics of human relationships , psychological investigation methodologies, statistical and psychometric methods and IT procedures for data processing.

 

For both Italian and foreign students: knowledge of the English language at least B2 level.

Verification of personal preparation is mandatory and can only be accessed by students who meet the curricular requirements. The adequacy of personal preparation is verified through the analysis of the curriculum studiorum and through a compulsory interview with the professors of the course.
